Join us at Friar Tuck’s for an intimate, four-course wine dinner featuring exceptional selections from Silver Oak Cellars and Twomey Cellars—two of California’s most celebrated wineries, known for their craftsmanship, elegance, and unmistakable character.

This special evening will be personally guided by Matt Duncan and Chef David LaFayette, offering a rare opportunity to experience these wines through the lens of the family behind the label while hearing the inspiration behind each pairing, course by course.

Each course has been thoughtfully designed to complement the wines, creating a dining experience that unfolds with intention, balance, and depth.

This evening will be personally curated and led by Matt Duncan, third-generation vintner and grandson of Ray Duncan, bringing a rare, behind-the-scenes perspective from one of Napa Valley’s most iconic wineries.

Rather than a traditional hosted tasting, guests will be guided through each pour by Matt himself—offering insight into the wines, the vineyards, and the legacy behind every bottle.

Each course will also be introduced by Chef David LaFayette, who will share the inspiration behind his pairings just before they are served—creating a dynamic, immersive dining experience from glass to plate.
